How do I prove I wrote this myself?

I've started getting replies to my posts accusing me of using a language model. I don't, and I'm finding it hard to prove a negative. Is there any way to actually show my work rather than just insisting?

You can't prove it by arguing, but you can show the writing happening. Attach a recording of the draft as it was typed — the pauses and rewrites are the part nobody can fake convincingly.

Seconding the above. I've been appending one to anything long enough to be worth suspecting. It has stopped the accusations entirely, which I did not expect.
